rewa-nov2011-smWith Christmas and New Year approaching, a Chittering land developer has released an “end of year” incentive to capitalize on pent up demand for quality well priced land within easy commuting distance from Perth.

The just released end of year incentive at Chittering Springs Estate will provide buyers with $25,000 off the purchase price for offers submitted by December 31.

The five acre blocks (two hectares) at Chittering Springs are 35 times bigger than the average suburban block and start at just $245,000.

“The end of year offer means that a few quick buyers will be able to purchase a “super-sized” homesite near Perth for just $220,000,” said the project manager for Chittering Springs, Tony Manners.

Chittering Springs Estate is a land development nearly as big as Kings Park, less than an hour’s drive from Perth.

The estate provides a choice of blocks with panoramic valley views across the Chittering Valley or private, timbered homesites surrounded by tall trees.

It is spread over 318 hectares and is less than 30 minutes from Midland and Joondalup.

“Chittering Springs is a peaceful country retreat near to all the modern facilities of city living which I think is why it is proving to be so popular,” Mr Manners said.

The estate is designed to appeal to young families, empty nesters and people moving from busy suburbs looking for a bigger block.

“They’ve worked out they can buy a four bedroom two bathroom home package with space for a swimming pool, tennis court, formal and informal gardens, a paddock for horses, a sweeping drive and parking for lots of cars, for around $450,000.

That’s a fraction of what you would pay for a house and five acres of land in the suburbs.

“At Chittering Springs you can commute to work and be right next door to world class schools, shopping, vineyards and restaurants in the Swan and Chittering Valleys.

“The blocks have also proved popular with fly-in, fly-out workers because they are near the airport,” he said.
