The developers of Chittering Springs, a land development nearly as big as Kings Park, have brought forward the release of 34 new lifestyle blocks in response to demand for land in the area.
Potential buyers who have already registered their interest will be given priority when the new lots are released this week in the burgeoning Chittering Valley area. The release includes eight “super-sized” blocks which are up to six hectares (fourteen acres) in size and are priced from $245,000 to $305,000.
These blocks are 100 times bigger than the average suburban block.
The release also includes 26 two hectare (five acre) homesites, each 35 times larger than the average suburban block, priced from $245,000.
The new release offers a choice of homesites with panoramic views across the Chittering Valley, or private, timbered homesites with tall trees.
Chittering Springs is spread over 318 hectares of land, less than 30 minutes to Midland or Joondalup and an hour from Perth.
“There’s a huge demand for quality, well priced, land within an hour’s drive from Perth”, said the project manager for Chittering Springs, Tony Manners.
Chittering Springs, which will eventually comprise 108 lots, is being developed in stages with the first half almost sold out.
The development is designed to appeal to young families, empty nesters and people moving from busy suburbs looking for a “tree change” less than an hour from Perth.
Most of our buyers are people looking for a country lifestyle near the city.
We’ve also had a lot of interest from people in the northern suburbs looking for a country retreat.
