Lots more than 35 times bigger than the average suburban block will go on sale in July at Chittering Springs, near the Spring Valley.
They will cost from $285,000 to $315,000, making Chittering Springs one of the most affordable land developments near Perth.
The estate, less than an hour’s drive from the city, will eventually comprise 108 blocks.
As the lots become available, buyers will be able to choose between undulating parkland, cleared or timbered blocks.
A few blocks will have a winter creek or stream.
Chittering Springs project manager Tony Manners said the land was released this week and three buyers had already shown interest.
Each of the 2ha country estate blocks offers privacy near the Walyunga National Park and Swan River.
Each also has sweeping views, no time limit to build, sealed bitumen roads, and underground power, telephone and internet access.
“Chittering Springs offers clean, fresh air; quiet, winding roads and a relaxed, country lifestyle, without being far from the city,” Mr Manners said.
“We are catering for locals who want to live in the country or people who want a tree change.”
